The KPU-1 fire-fighting valve is designed to block the spread of flame and smoke along the vent. channels and air ducts during a fire. The KPU-1 fire-fighting valve can be used both as a smoke-removing and as a fire-retaining valve.

The KPS-1 valve is available in a channel design of rectangular (square) or circular cross-section. It is installed in openings or places where ventilation systems pass through fire barriers with a fire resistance limit of no more than 60 minutes.
